We hired Manuel and On Fire 77 to cater our intimate wedding reception in Hollywood, FL in February. We were coming in from out of town and needed to work with someone over the phone to setup catering. Manuel and his team were very responsive providing all the details and laying out all the different options available to us. Since we were out of town, we weren’t able to sample any of the food ahead of time and trusted that everything would taste great. The food was better than we could have ever anticipated. All of our guests are still talking about this incredible food over a month later. Our menu consisted of chicken skewers with chimichirri, shrimp cocktail and empanadas as appetizers followed by brisket, bourbon chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, corn on the cob, broccoli in a garlic aioli, and dessert shooters. Manuel fried the empanadas and grilled the chicken and ribs onsite to make sure everything was fresh. I would highly recommend On Fire 77. Great food and customer service.
