They generate Quality leads that convert well. Reasonably priced and they provide tons of support. I closed 2 sales in the first 120 days. I have several buyer prospects using my search site and not Zillow or Redfin. Excellent ROI.

Our team had high hopes for Ylopo but it was a waste of time and money. They have too many people and too many steps and at the end they couldn’t do the simplest thing right: selecting the right target area on Google. After the long on-boarding and criteria setting, we slowly started getting leads (10hours late, that got fixed). The leads were rental leads rather than buyer and sellers leads like we wanted (Then that got fixed). Then on the first marketing meeting they showed us features and filters like “valid emails” or “buyer/seller” leads EVEN THOUGH we specified these criteria’s during the long on-boarding process over a month ago. To make things worst, during the “marketing” meeting we noticed the Google PPC area was covering everywhere BUT our city🤦🏽‍♂️ So they offered us back our Google PPC credit and a partial refund on the tech fee. Then… a month later we had another “marketing meeting” where they literary didn’t fix anything with the Google PPC.. At that point we decided not to work with Ylopo anymore. They refunded our Google PPC credits but did not return the tech fee because “the tech works” ON THE WRONG LEADS. Ylopo binds you up in a agreement they can’t fulfil, then acts like they’re doing you favour by giving you back a little bit of your money and letting you leave before the 90 days. lol. Save yourself the trouble. Our city was Ottawa. Half of it was excluded and the rest of the entire province was targeted.

Using Ylopo to follow up with our leads has been a game-changer. With a database of 60,000 contacts it makes it easy to see who's actively engaging on the site. The Raiya voice and texting has been super helpful as well. They'll text the lead with really good questions that doesn't sound too automated lol. And you can jump in whenever you want and take over. And then if they don't respond, you can let Raiya continue to reach out. It's really a great system, and it seems to be only getting better! And their reengagement tool is great! Leads that are 8-10 years old are reengaged on the site. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Jacob's been our go-to guy from the beginning, and I can count on him to answer all my questions and help me figure things out. Support has been helpful too! If you're on the fence about using them, just take the leap, you'll be glad you did.
