Storm Media over charge me and $31.36 I ask for refund I have more than 35 email in and out from their customer service. they have NO idea about customer service and they have stander email reply and it doesn't make sense. I used their product for weigh lose, I used it for 14 days nothing change and i haven't lost even ONE gram, fake product and scam company.

Beware! Scam ...said the cost was $35 and was charged $49 with shipping of over 9$ for a very small light weight item. Waited and did not receive the item, multiple emails tell me that I "left something in the cart?" Run, don't walk as this business is scary. Not even one star ..... shame on them!

I ordered 1 translation but they charged me of 2 different transaction. I tried to call them but no answer. Pay pal should stop supporting them at payment methods.

Do not answer emails do not answer their phones. It’s a scam. They tell you there’s a a 30 day refund. You’re not gonna get that refund not even through PayPal horrible horrible company. Sad thing is they’re all over Facebook under numerous aliases.

Very suspect selling practices. Placed an order only to have them duplicate the order and PayPal won’t dispute it. When I received the order confirmation and saw the duplication I cancelled immediately, same day, and contacted PayPal same day. Storm media refused to answer either of the emails I sent and PayPal did not stop the second payment going through as requested. Despite cancelling, the two orders arrived and in one package!! They are refusing to heed any request for returning the product! Buy from Storm Media at your peril!
