This was the worst temp I worked in a longtime. The communication was a 0/10 I highly don’t recommend, and they send you to assignments that wouldn’t last nothing but a week then you get there everybody clueless. Now don’t get me wrong it was some sweet ladies that worked there but communication was horrible. I would text my recruiter asking a question she would never text back or even pick up the phone how that work. And don’t get me started with the onsite recruiters they were literally hits and miss everytime either they were nice or had nasty attitudes to the point they were unapproachable. I literally could go on and on ,but I say all this to say SMX y’all honestly need to do better they were literally the worst temp I’ve ever worked I honestly wouldn’t recommend .

Paris, Keke, and Tamekia provided excellent customer service. They were welcoming, attentive, and assisted me with my profile upon arrival. I had a great experience at this location.

I had got a point added to my account because of the wrong shift I picked up and I communicated the issue, however the local office said they couldn’t do anything about it although I worked the day I was meant to pick up.
