Her own words “ we are done goodbye” I urgently require the following information to manage my financial obligations: - The specific schedule for when payments will be deducted. - Confirmation on whether my recent payroll deposits will be accessible or seized. - The exact timeline and requirements for unfreezing my accounts. I already according to them (secretary had to answer my questions since the lovely lady had hanged up on me) have an agreement with them for payments. The current lack of transparency has left me unable to pay for essential services, including my car loan, internet, phone bill, and tolls/ gas required for my commute to work . Will be calling them once more to see if I can get answers since the email is decoration on their website.

When a team member from Noack finally called me back to "Negotiate" terms, and I use that term loosely, because there was no negotiation, just a take or leave it offer. I pleaded with their team to leave me some money in my account because we were saving it to move, and the representative made me feel like I did not have a choice, either accept their terms or don't and face the consequences! I do not know how these people sleep at night knowing that yes I made a mistake but to almost make someone go homeless over it, words can't even describe, good luck. Obliviously not a shocker they only have a PO box as their address, so good luck trying to talk to someone face to face.

If I could negative stars I would. This law firm served as a receivorship on a judgment against my husband. We entered in to an agreement to pay over $9,000 over the course of 28 months. This balance included their fees of $2500. We paid every single month, we actually paid it off early in August of 2025. I call today 1/6/2026 to check on the release of judgment and am told they "still need to close out their file" . Would not give me a time frame on why it takes so long for this to happen. I have been a paralegal for 22 years, this is unacceptable!!!

My experience with this firm has been horrific. First they freeze my account without me knowing, especially with it being the holiday season. I was forced to wait 3 business days before anyone would even speak with me about the issue. The “case manager” I spoke with was flat out rude I barely was able to get anything resolved due to the agent making a lot of demands before she bluntly hung up on my face. I then called back requesting to speak with a supervisor who was more so understanding and explained what the first agent failed to do. I hope no one else has to deal with this firm as there has to be a much better way of handling credit.

I recommend working FAST that same day, call them and fill out the paperwork that they send you ASAP, they should call you within 1-2 business days to set up a payment plan. Make sure to call your bank and speak with your banks legal team (or someone higher up in customer service) to make 100% sure they have not cut the lawfirm a check already for the amount that you owe before finalizing your payment plan agreement. The agreement does NOT say anything regarding the bank to reverse the charges. Thankfully my bank assured me that my account would go back to normal after they receive the agreement from this lawfirm to "un freeze" my bank account. Mine was resolved within 3 days. The case person assigned to me was not rude, but straight business. This is the worst thing I've ever had to deal with and I wish they would approach us in a different manner and not just take everything from us. HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!! I had the same issue as many people on here. Accounts frozen basically outta nowhere. You have to call the number provided from your banking institution.. which is usually the one that’s posted here. Call early (or SAME DAY) about 20mins to an hr of them opening. IMMEDIATELY press 6 when the Answering Robot comes on. You will get in contact with the secretary. Give her your info.. she will email you everything needed. Once you fill out that form (do it that day) the next day a case manager will contact you and will email you a document to sign. Accounts should be back the next day!!!! Good luck everyone

I’ve just starting speaking with this company. Since about two weeks now. They cleared out all of my bank accounts. One account was my daughter’s which she was on my account since High School…Another one was my husband’s account. Which my name was on it. And they took his money out as well. I was sick to my stomach. And I now have other companies calling me to pay them. This debit was my fault back in 2017. Yes that’s what I said. But my goodness to freeze everything. This is ridiculous. Who owns this company? And why haven’t they been reported?? You call and you get nobody. The person whom leaves me messages. I can hardly understand what she’s saying. But they call when they want too. Where is the BBB? Oh here’s an update on this. We are now ending September 30th. Tomorrow is October 1st 2025…. As of August 26. That was the last I’ve heard from these people. Nobody has called me. I thought maybe because of Labor Day. But noooooo. Nothing. It’s crazy and sad all in one. They want you to hurry and call them to set up payments. But yet nobody can answer the phones?? A law firm uses an answering machine. And body returns your call. My accounts are still frozen as I type this. And from this I assume my debit has been paid in full??? Because my God said it’s already done!!! 🙌🏽
