I've been shipping boxes since 2020 and never had a problem until now. The boxes arrived at the wrong address. Perhaps they need to expand because they have about three people working in a space packed with people waiting for service, serving all of Tampa. They provide such good service that it's surprising these things happen. Business owner, it's time to expand the business so these issues don't keep occurring.

Personally, I don't recommend this site for shipments to Colombia. The woman who helped me was very dishonest. She told me my package would arrive before Christmas, and then she said it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas… 😩😳, which was very dishonest; she only cared about getting my money. In the future, I recommend she tell the truth. I DID NOT LIKE this shipping agency. 👎
