I asked if we could still have a brief discussion, but they outright refused and told me I would have to reschedule for another day. Being 5–10 minutes late is completely reasonable, especially when it’s just for a conversation about an important personal matter like immigration. Their rigid and unaccommodating approach made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a client. It’s frustrating that they were unwilling to show even a small amount of flexibility or understanding.

I was having some issues with the mentor assigned to me, and they just swapped him with another without any drama like that’s some customer satisfaction.
