Avoid LYFE at all cost!! Like others have stated, they promised great returns and then struggle to get to break even. With our old firm we were consistently at a 2.5-3 ROAS. After one month with LYFE they were at .6 ROAS. During the call they tried to gloss over the return and move through the call. We were burning money for the first month with them. They said it was the ads learning but month 2 didn't get any better. When we asked if they were Ok with those numbers they said they could be better and they'd see what they can do. I immediately gave them notice because it was clear they have no clue what they're doing. After I gave our notice you'd think someone, anyone, would have reached out or they would have had another person look at our ads. They did nothing. Just rode out the month with no return or improvement. I had two other firms audit our Meta and Google ads and they both came back with 8 pages of issues. From settings being incorrect, the wrong type of ads, too many ads running, etc... When I asked about getting some of the fees we paid back they just said "we're sorry you feel that way". Do not do business with them. You will burn cash and overspend to get customers.

I have had a horrible experience with this company they try to take advantage of me and over charge my credit card without running ads or doing any job. I switch from another marketing agency thinking that this company was going to do a better job and I have end up regretting my self. The first thing they did was wanting to charge me $720 without doing any job and almost at the end of July when the month only had 11 days to end they where expecting me to pay them $720 dollars for just 11 days left on the month and when they did not do any job we had our first on boarding called on the 31st at the end of the month and they were expecting me to just gift them my $720 dollars then a few days this first payment they went ahead and charge my credit once again for $612 dollars for the month of august so they literally charge me $1339 in just 14 days of me singning up with them without them doing any work or running any ads because my Google ads account had been suspended before I sing up with them. I complained to them about this and they said to not worry we are gonna credit one of this charges to the month of September when September came up then they change the whole story trying once again to charge my credit card and telling me I owed them $331 dollars without them running ads or doing any job because my Google account was still suspended I complained about this and ask them about the credit they promised me for the month of September and they still denied any wrong doing and continue harassing me to pay them $331 when I had already paid them almost $1400 without the running any ads in just our first month. I told them to cancel everything because they are more worry of scamming and taking advantage of customers and over charging them without providing any service and instead of helping them out. I ask them for a refound and they still don't want to refound me and they are still trying to charge me the 331 dollars this company is ridiculous the monthly payment I sing up for was originally $498 to $600 per month and they want to charge me $1700 in just 30 days of work. I'm not working with them I'm disputing the charges now with my bank. You expect this companies to be more well organized and to be transparent and act in a honest way with their customers and they just messed things up by not been transparent and admitting any of their wrong doings and mistakes.
