I posted a rental property and signed up for the email reports of the views for my ad 2 months ago. I cancelled both 6 weeks ago, requested the reports stop, removed the reports online, wrote and asked for the reports to stop, unsubscribed daily 18 times now off and in for 6 weeks, wrote tech support twice, emailed customer service twice, and I STILL can’t get any help from their self-proclaimed response with help within 24 hrs. Ha! They just can’t seem to simply remove my email from a report prompt. It comes everyday even goes through the blocked email now. Some service!

So we've tried using you guys for days now. First house was already rented and they brought us to the wrong address, correct one was down the street. After getting to correct address which the pictures matched from the listing we discover that due to their error we cannot enter the house because they cannot get a code for it due to putting the wrong address on it. Next house listing we go to from them, called tried their automated system to get the code to it wouldn't give a code. That was all yesterday, today we go to a 3rd house. Listing address is correct, the box number is correct for lock box, cannot generate a code to let us into it. You guys do a terrible job and should not be allowed anywhere near rental properties if this is your normal routines. We looked at houses in Conroe Texas and Willis Texas if you want to try and fix your errors. But I will not waste anymore of my time with you.

Unreliable service!!! Look like a scam...Poor customer service. I spent time uploading pictures, paid on line, 24 hours later my ad was not posted online yet. Called twice, sent an email and after waiting in line for several minutes the woman said that there was a technical error on their system. She did not care at all at my disappointment and said that they would refund my money in 7-10 business days. Unbelievable. Stay away!

We are a property management company that had advertised for many years with RentPath. Late in 2016 we wanted to run only a six-month contract. Our sales rep told us we could. They wrote and sent us a contract with a SIX-MONTH term. At the end of the term they continued, and continue still, to bill us. Even with a six-month term contract, contrary to the paying advertiser's wishes and understanding, they included a clause that keeps the contract running unless they receive a 60-day notice to cancel. It is an underhanded and deceptive manner in which to treat loyal and long-term customers. And what kind of sales rep would not point that out at the time, nor give us notice four months into the contract about the sneaky clause!?! They are not a consumer friendly company. TWO THUMBS DOWN.
