Gary patiently helped me, pointing a novice like myself in the right direction. He went above and beyond with his services. I couldn't recommend him any higher than 5 stars, I wish I could of made it 10.

Webmaster Services of Hawaii was very responsive in answering all our questions prior even hiring them. We got a person on the phone each time (not a recording), if we happened to get a voicemail, we got a call back within the hour, and our email communications were promptly replied. The people behind the scenes are interested in us being a customer for the long haul and not just another account. This all came after multiple tries with other companies not able to perform what we asked for, prolonged delays, time zones & communication issues, frustration, and thousands of dollars later. Granted, we didn't make the project any easier for Webmaster Services by changing the scope part way through and unknowingly messing things up along the way, but Webmaster Services was very accommodating, fair, and our communication was never an issue. In the end they performed to our expectations plus more. Our working experience has been great and we feel we received the advice, design ideas, client education, professional expertise, guidance, and timeline we were looking for, along with a great looking website that works as intended! It nice knowing that even after our website has been completed, we can trust Webmaster Services of Hawaii is looking after our website and our future.

I'm a researcher by nature. I'm also a bit of a tighwad when it comes to wanting to get the most for my money so I'm willing to put in some time on the front end to get something great. So when I was in a pinch and needed a website done quickly and professionally by a local company, I did what all people who panic do. I went on Yelp. I read all the reviews, went on each company's website and even called a few. What made Gdubz Designs stand out amongst the others was Gary's willingness to listen to my crazy ideas and somehow compile them into a beautiful end product that is easy to navigate and very user friendly. He's patient and makes you feel like you're the most important customer he has. He's very quick to respond and although I prefer not to call myself a high maintenance client, I think I may have been. But if it helps, I did it all with a smile and said please and thank you a lot.
