Chris of The German Guys is absolutely top notch and I will NEVER take my car to anyone else as long as he's still working on cars. Chris worked on my 2011 BMW 328i and found the issue quickly. He specializes in BMW's, but is great on all cars! I bought my car this year and started having issues with it, turns out the original owner NEVER changed the spark plugs and this was causing a misfire. Chris kept me informed and told me that one of the spark plugs was seized up, which could have led to further issues. The only option was to attempt to remove the plug by using force that could result in the plug breaking off,which would have been a nightmare because it would have led to a very expensive repair. Chris made sure I understood the situation before he proceeded. He was able to remove the spark plug successfully which was a huge relief given the age of the spark plugs, having been in there for 143k miles. My car is running great and I have Chris to thank. He could have been dishonest and charged me a lot more money, but he is anything but that. This guy's integrity is as high as it can get, he will not ever charge you more than what it should cost. My mom took her car to Chris after my experience and raved about how honest he is and how great his pricing is. This shop is a hidden gem and I hope he doesn't end up getting too busy for me to get in when I need him!
