She was able to confirm the repair was covered under the extended Mazda warranty & kept in frequent contact with me during the entire nerve-racking ordeal. Her quick & caring response, along with the diligence she showed in following up on this issue, made me very appreciative and glad to be a Mazda customer. We have purchased 3 Mazdas & when we are ready for our next car, it will be a Mazda! Schedule an appointment online at the Davis-Moore website to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Day of apt i Got there 15 minutes early. Was told that even with an apt its first come first serve. This should be written down on the page when you go to schedule service so there no surprises. So the Tech told me its about 1 1/2 hour wait and i ended up waiting there for 2 1/2 hours. All in all I would not call it express lane with fast oil change.

Just drove my car out of the service department with the engine light still on. Dropped off 12/5. Computer code indicates Misfire. Initial assessment tear down after swapped spark plugs and coil due to continued misfire 12/7. Recommendations of tear down engine to valve train to diagnose the problem, authorization given, told this would be completed by 12/11. No communication from the service department. We called today 12/12, no work had been performed. They had not even started to tear down the engine. Yes, my car has a life time warranty. This is the second time we’ve had issues. The last time my car had service there it was there for 3 weeks. Who can go without their car for weeks and weeks? Don’t go there.
