I launched a home cleaning business in 2025 and worked with Bear Fox to run a Meta ads campaign. The cost structure was a monthly service fee, plus a small percentage of whatever I set as the Meta "ad spend". As a small business owner, you find out quickly there are a TON of people out there offering websites, SEO, marketing, etc. Some of those people charge less and there's a good reason - they don't care about you. You are a number in their system. I've learned the hard way. They did everything for us: created ad copy (words) and creative (visuals), built the ads in the Meta Business Suite, and set the demographics. I met with my account manager (hey Cierra!) on a regular basis to discuss performance and pivots (if needed) with insights from their Paid Ad Manager. They are a really special team. If you care about professionalism and relationships, you can't go wrong.

Friendly staff, however results were extremely lackluster. We worked with Bear Fox to market our Family Activity Kit subscription service and from July to November and thousands of dollars later, they generated zero sales. We also received no real leads for sales or any legitimate explanation of how they planned to improve our 0% conversion rate. Cannot recommend in good conscious.

Bear Fox Marketing and specifically Glenn were fantastic. They are honest and straight forward.
