I wanted to keep my pups safely contained and the team took extra care to fill in the gap between the fence line and greenhouse so I have no potential escape artists. The installation crew was courteous and worked diligently, even hand wiping all the individual rails at the end so there was no mud or dirt. They policed all their rubbish and removed the shrub limbs that needed to be trimmed to accommodate the fence. The excess dirt from digging the potholes was also tidied up so the fence looked clean and professional. The fence really is fantastic and the pups have already got their zoomies out, giving it a two paws up. Thank you for being dependable and courteous. I stand corrected from my previous review. After further conversation with Addy, we were able to communicate further and come to an understanding regarding the fence. The issue was that it was not constructed properly initially. Addy was able to come out and look at the damages firsthand to see that it was not caused by normal wear and tear or storm damage. The fence was repaired, and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I'm changing my review to reflect the more positive experience with Fencetastic. We hired Fencetastic about a year ago (August 2024) to replace our fence. Fast forward a year later, and the fence is coming undone and falling apart. I called to ask for the team to come look at this to see what our repair options are. The office manager said, based on the photos, that repairs are not covered under the wear and tear warranty; something had to have hit the fence or there was extreme wind damage. Really! I don't believe that's an excuse for faulty work. Both our neighbors and the neighbor next to them also had work done by this company, and their fences are doing the exact same thing. What a way to claim it on the weather. You mean your fences cannot withstand a year or two in north Texas weather? Questionable.
