We use the Dazos CRM as part of our sister company, Power of Recovery. We’ll have never used a CRM before and we were not sure how it would go. It has certainly been a learning curve for me, but it’s been a lot easier to deal with as we had an implementation specialist and then we were assigned another rep to assist with learning the product. Dazos Billing CRM — A Hard Pass for Me After spending time with the Dazos Billing CRM platform, I have to be honest — it’s a hard pass for me. While the concept sounds promising, in practice it offers very little added value. The system doesn’t generate any new or unique data; instead, it relies entirely on integrating your existing billing software with the Dazos platform. Essentially, you’re paying for another layer that doesn’t enhance what you already have. The interface is not intuitive, setup was unnecessarily complicated, and the workflow felt more like extra work than a streamlined solution. The automations and reporting features didn’t provide anything beyond what standard billing tools already offer. Support was slow and not particularly helpful, which only added to the frustration. For a product positioned as a “next-level” billing CRM, it just didn’t deliver. Bottom line: If you’re already using reliable billing software, this isn’t going to improve your process or produce new insights. The integration effort and cost simply aren’t worth it
