I absolutely love Northcutt Dental. From the time I make a call until I leave the staff are absolutely amazing. I had my tooth pulled on 2-13-26 (I forgot the dentist name) but he was so amazing and patient with me. He explained everything going on as he was pulling it and his assistants we also amazing. It is almost impossible to find doctors and staff that are friendly and actually care about you, but this place does. Thank you! |

I was experiencing severe tooth pain after thinking I had cracked a tooth after biting into something that was harder than expected. I got sharp pains when I would eat or drink on that side. When I went in, they said I had 2 cavities on that side causing the pain. A few weeks later I went in to have them filled. I began feeling weird after the 2nd round of numbing shots. I was jittery, my BP went from 120 (when I first same in) to over 150 (20 min later), and I was dizzy. You could tell the dentist and assistant didn't know what to do in this situation...they thought it was anxiety. When I got home and did some research, I found that dentist put epinephrine in their numbing agents to make the effects last longer so if you're sensitive to stimulants, I would mention that. I told them to proceed because I just wanted to be done with it. My pain only got worse after this procedure. A few weeks later, I went to a different dentist office who said that cavities don't just cause pain like that. My tooth is likely cracked but its very difficult to tell (though Northcut made it seem like it was something you would easily see on there little xray machine). She also said they didn't take out all of the cavity and though she didn't want to criticize another dentist's work, I could tell she wasn't happy with their quality of work over all. She gave me the choice to try antibiotics first or be referred directly to the specialist. I chose antibiotics and pain meds. She wasn't super confident in that course of treatment, but I have almost no pain now! I wish I would have saved myself a lot of time, money, and pain and skipped going to the Urgent Care of the teeth world and went to a more reputable dentist in the first place. |

They took very good care of my husband and I! We both had great service from the desk to the dentist! Will definitely be a recurring patient with them. |

My dentist is out of the office, (vacation) I schedule an appointment here they did nothing, I have a cavity, and some decay, I asked for a filling, it’s not on my nerve. Needles to say, they x rayed and suggested pulling my tooth, and they don’t think a root canal would work so referred me to a specialist for the root canal and back to them for a crown. During the X-ray they seen another cavity, and said it needed a root canal. When I know for a fact it doesn’t, a fill in would work on both to be honest. This place wasted my time and charged my insurance to tell me I need two root canal’s. I will be going to my dentist, this place is all about money and not there patient. The least they could have done was a cleaning. 1 appointment for x ray and treatment plan that is outrageous. Stay away from this dentist off, especially of your on a budget. I have had a tooth worse than this and my original dentist filled it and it lasted. I can’t wait to see my dentist verses their treatment plan and amount. How do you see a cavity and not try to fill it first, besides going straight to root canal, the other may need a root canal due to being cracked but no whole. All about money, not there patients. |

This dental office is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever encountered. My sister went in for a simple consultation about getting braces, and what she experienced was completely unacceptable. Instead of being treated with care or respect, she was ignored, mishandled, and humiliated. The young girl taking her x-rays was incredibly rude and hateful. She kept sighing, rolling her eyes, and making faces like she was irritated to even be doing her job. My sister repeatedly told her that she couldn’t bite down properly on the hard plastic pieces because of her crooked teeth and bite — which is the entire reason she was there to discuss braces. Instead of listening or showing any concern, this girl shoved the plastic pieces into her mouth over and over, yelling “just close your mouth” and “try to close your mouth,” completely ignoring her pain until she actually bled under her tongue. The worst part is that they knew her bite made x-rays difficult. Later, the staff openly said that because of the state of her teeth, “better x-rays weren’t possible.” So they knew the issue the entire time, yet still chose to force her through painful x-rays, acting annoyed and dismissive as if she was the problem. After that, they left her sitting alone in a room for nearly an hour with no explanation or update. When the dentist finally came in, they just said the x-rays had to be retaken — repeating the same painful process all over again. No empathy. No acknowledgment of how awful the experience was. When my sister said she wouldn’t be coming back because of how she was treated, they tried to “smooth things over” by offering referrals, pretending none of what happened even occurred. It was obvious gaslighting — acting polite at the end to cover up the disgusting behavior that came before it. And as if that wasn’t enough, as my sister was walking out, staff members actually made fun of her appearance. They laughed loudly about how “tired” she looked — making sure she could hear them. The lack of basic respect, compassion, and professionalism was unbelievable. To make things worse, they told her she had “a lot of cavities,” but when she asked how many, they refused to answer and said, “we can schedule another appointment.” After all that, they still tried to upsell her instead of simply being honest. This office showed zero care for their patients, zero professionalism, and zero humanity. My sister left in pain, bleeding, and humiliated. No one should ever be treated this way. I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from this place. |

Great dentist From the front desk to the assistant to help me get set up for Ms. Taylor who did a wonderful job with my cleaning from the beginning to the end. 1st time & I can finally say goodbye to my old dentist. No more leaving work early or taking off to make my dentist appointments. |

Took my daughter here with the understanding that an oral surgeon would remove her wisdom teeth. Arrived and they couldn't even get their X-ray machine working to take a Pan Scan. They finally managed some x-rays with a small handheld device and then we met the doctor. He simply acknowledged that she needed them out which is what we already knew and referred us to someone else resulting in a complete wasted trip and a cost of over $100. Their referral wasn't in our Network so we selected someone else and the day before I called Northcutt to request they send over the X-rays so we wouldn't be charged again for new ones. They agreed but our new dentist never received them. So the day of the appointment, the new dentist requested them again from Northcutt and my daughter waited 1.5 hours and they never sent them! This is the most unprofessional service I have *EVER* received from a dentist and I would not recommend Northcutt for any services! |

I just started going to this dentist. I have only been there twice but they are wonderful people. The dental assistants make you feel so comfortable. They’re very polite and they explain everything to you and answer all questions you might have. I also enjoyed the way the sitting area was decorated as well as the gospel music in the back ground. Very warm welcoming experience. Way to go Northcutt. |

Do not go here! They turned me away over a 10 year old balance. Why wasn’t it sent to the credit bureau already? Why didn’t they tell me I owed it before I wasted my gas? The “office manager” opted to name a list of ancient dates that they sent me correspondence. I only went to them because they’re open on the weekends. These people are struggling financially and will do anything by any means to pocket money from you, counterproductively to their own cause. Not to mention the constant coughing in the office, almost like you’re in the Covid Unit.
