In addition, when we requested basic clarification regarding their Q3 report, we waited roughly a week before receiving a response. Between the unexpected shutdown of our campaigns and the delayed communication, we did not feel we received the level of professionalism or reliability our business requires. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their services.
