This review focuses on the website build process and not on going services; the website just released, so there is no way for me to judge their performance on ongoing services Comrade offers. I came to Comrade with a highly specific set of needs and complicated facts of how my data driven industry works. COMRADE DELIVERED! At the end of the day, the firm did what they said they would do. From the beginning they have a workflow management process which works very well. This keeps everyone on the same page so all the details stay included in the final product. Every member of the staff I have worked with was courteous, humble, and direct. Yes, we hit a couple stumbling blocks due to the unique nature of my website, but Comrade did a great job understanding those problems, found a solution, and executed on it. If you are considering a website build, have a conversation with Comrade. They are a great company doing great things.

Can't say enough good things about this team! After getting a top-level introduction to Comrade's capabilities, I scoped a major project with them that had been several years in the making. With any project of this scale and visibility, I wanted to make sure I was investing wisely; and I was frankly nervous about using an agency I had never worked with before. The project took a little longer than expected as there were delays on my part and theirs (they run a very strict schedule and do not deviate from it which is inconvenient but understandable), there were a few times where items I sent fell between the cracks, but at the end of the day the project turned out fantastic, my clients love the new site, and all the details were well thought out.
