Hired L2T to perform SEO/SEM/Social/Display/Video advertising for our company. Our budget was $8,000 per month. The communication and execution of our plan was poor in every way. We received cookie cutter-template style SEO that did not follow our desired strategy. Our SEM strategy was not in line with instructions regarding our geographical target. The social advertising was extremely basic with poor content. Performance reviews were promised but not delivered on. What I can say is that it was a 4 month relationship in which our advertising budget was increased and our sales decreased. The follow up on our issues were met with little to no action to rectify the problems. Our account strategist failed to return communication on our last attempts to resolve the issues. L2T was not in touch with us as the customer and what was worse was a lack of desire/action to improve the relationship. The phone blew up to sign our account but once we signed the contract the communication was scarce. Our investment of tens of thousands of dollars with L2T was a complete waste. In the end we had to part ways. I have been in the Automotive Industry for 14 years and I have never had an advertising company be as abysmal as L2T.

Liz is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Ridiculously rude. Do not do business with her.
