This vacation company is the absolute greatest! They go above and beyond and its definitely legit- i know because i live 30 mins from the myrtle beach sc conference center and i typically take my son on a trip once a year in april during easter break to a resort in myrtle beach for $150 for 4 nights 5 days and all i have to pay other then the $150 deposit is the tax and its usually less than $80. Everyone on FB says its a scam, but i assure you it os not. Ill show you proof! Blacked out info that i dont think is smart letting ppl see i dont want my reservation hijacked

“I have booked vacations with Monster Vacation Rentals and have enjoyed the services so far. However, I’ve received several sales calls recently offering upgrades and additional packages. I politely declined, but the representative continued to push the offer. I would appreciate more respect for customer boundaries and fewer promotional calls.”

Trip 1 Review - We booked our Orlando trip through Booksi and were ultimately placed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orange Lake Resort through Monster Reservations. While there was some initial confusion around the Disney/Universal credit (which is applied after the trip), Booksi support was able to clarify. What felt like a disappointment at first turned into a blessing — Orange Lake Resort was a huge upgrade! The two-bedroom condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The resort itself is massive, with multiple water parks, activities, and dining options. Our kids (5 and under) had an amazing time, and the hospitality team was responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The required timeshare presentation was informative but ran much longer than expected, which did impact our plans. Overall, though, the resort exceeded expectations and was very family-friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again — with more time to enjoy everything it offers. Next Trip in the works: Eli Caskey was great helping me sort out my next trip! I needed some clarity on how to use my credit earned from my first trip and he was able to help sort it out and gave me a range of dates available to travel in my desired destinations!

This is a very long and detailed review. I want to say that the 5 stars is for monster and specifically Nikita White in customer service. She was helpful, courteous and listened to my rant about my last (current) vacation. We've traveled probably at least a half dozen times using monster reservations. They get good deals from the vacation destination with hopes that new members will come from the trips. I completely understand and appreciate whats happening here. If you don't want the timeshare or vacation club pitch every time you travel then this is not for you. However, if you're willing to go through the presentation at your destination, the prices are fair and trips are great.....until this time. Monster called me and said we want to thank you for using us so much. We want to reward you with a trip that is just a trip. No presentations no selling, just a vacation. Okay...I'll bite. We booked our trip & flights and waited almost a year for this much anticipated (and needed) vacation. (The wait was our choice, time off work etc. Nothing to do with their availability or ability to book sooner.) Fast forward to now...we're on our trip...we are at the Confresi Resot and Spa in the Dominican Republic. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our resort. When we got here we tried to check in at the main lobby desk...nope.."Monster check ins are down that hall, around the corner, down the stairs to guest services." Okay, we check in and are given silver bracelets, all monster guests have silver bracelets and all monster guests are booked into the same cluster of rooms. These rooms are outdated, in poor condition and not near anything (pools, restaurants, bars, activities etc) except the hospital which receives 24 hours activity and the casino. First morning here and our phone rings, "we're picking you up for breakfast." Oh. Okay. Why? "You need a tour of the facility." Okay, here we go. So we spent 6 hours on day 1 in a high pressure sales pitch. We said no the expected amount of times. We were insulted and the manager (forgot his name) even said "okay,so you're wasting my time?" 😲 Yeah! I guess so buddy. No one knows what anyone is going through financially and to have the fact that we even booked this trip thrown back at us is beyond insulting. We were told, if we buy now, we will be upgraded to V.I.P. status and moved out of "that crummy room" immediately (Their words not mine.) We didn't buy and because we have silver "Monster " bracelets we're being treated like third class I'd say humans, but im pretty sure the strays are being treated better than us. Silver bracelets and you cannot have a refill of CLUB SODA at Bellini (one of their 11 restaurants, this one has a buffet, 4 of the 11 restaurants do and we can only go to the bufftes.) Making a reservation for an off menu restaurant? You have to walk to where you checked in between 9 and 11. I tried for 4 days straight and everything was already booked even on the day I was there at 9:13. They booked us for the last day of our trip, the last seating and the only restaurant available. Our room has no hot water, we are not allowed on certain beaches, pools or restaurants. Because they want you to buy a club membership, and if you don't, you don't have access to certain areas. You would think they'd give you V.I.P. service right away so you know what you're getting. The beaches we were allowed to be on were dirty, had broken down cabanas, and broken showers. The beaches for "members" we're pristine, beautiful furniture and silk draperies and people to wait on you at your chair or cabana. We've been to all inclusives before and I wouldn't recommend a Lifestyle Vacation Club destination to anyone. And I wanted all the monster members to know how you're treated if you don't buy in. Also a little miffed that we were told one thing (no pitch, just a thank you") and it was yet another pitch and a day whole off the vacation. The buffet food was good. The Colosseum shows, A+. Some staff judged us by our bracelets. But the maintenance people and housekeeping were kind.

Quick answer when I called to book my next vaca, polite & effective service, above my expectations. Just returned from our Disney trip with Monster Vacations. My daughters were celebrating their birthdays and they loved the resort, soaking in the huge hot tub, going to see Mickey & Minnie and our day at Laguna Beach too!
