I love this studio and I definitely recommend trying it out! It has a variety of classes for kids and adults, it is the only studio in Destin that has weekly barre classes for adults. Rachel and the other teachers are amongst the best in the area, they actually teach technique and make the classes fun. The cosy space and creativity of classes make you fall in love with the studio.It is the only place where you can try PBT classes.

Took Barreplus fit classes here on multiple occasions and have had a great time. Something new that definitely had me feeling sore the next day. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to sweat and get a good workout without having to go to the gym. Shaye the instructor was awesome.
