I was very much looking foreword to staying here. I had booked a room months in advance. Arrived the day of my booking to a locked facility. I pressed the call button off the gate - no answer. I called the number on my confirmed reservation - someone picked up and said they cancelled my booking. It was quite the inconvenience to hear this. Luckily bookings.com was able to assist in cancelling and refunding my paid booking so I could find a new place elsewhere. I was provided no rational. Not a great business move. see you never.

We traveled a long ways and were greeted by genuinely helpful and kind people, strikingly clean, and peaceful facilities just like in the photos, privacy, and fantastic food. The town itself was picture perfect, access to transportation was easy, we even got a massage in our room! The food was beyond five stars as well as the staff who, like Madalina and the others, made us feel so comfortable and cared for. I couldn’t recommend staying here more! We also visited Libearty Sanctuary, Braşov and Bran Castle not too far away. There’s plenty to do for sightseeing and relaxing!

Wonderful location and restaurant. Stopped for dinner only and were warmly welcomed. The menu had great options for both meat lovers and vegetarians and the wine was lovely. Amazing table service as well. Highly recommended for a great meal while in Râşnov or the surrounding area.
