I had no bathroom on my first floor and needed to stabilize my large staircase. He designed a brilliant solution, installing a new support beam from the basement through the newly built bathroom under the staircase, complete with a small push-out for extra space. He even incorporated a beautiful breakfast bar into the design. Additionally, he masterfully planned new windows and a back door where none existed before, making the space both functional and stunning.
