My hot water heater stopped working on 120 volts so I made an appointment to take it into the service department and met with Liz Mendoza for the first time. She explained her work load to me and that I should expect the rig to be there for a couple to 3 weeks. I explained back that we had a time schedule for a trip that allowed her to have it for the needed time. She was very clear with me on what to expect so I decided to just be patient and go along for the ride so to speak. I needed to get something out of the trailer so I stopped by. This was after about ten days. Liz helped me get what I needed and also checked the status of the repair to find out that the repair had been diagnosed and corrected but that it was not ready for pick up however she made a pick up appointment time for me. During that time I had questions about certain accessories I was interested in and she was a wealth of knowledge and I left feeling really satisfied. Upon picking up the RV I was given a report on the repairs along with a preventative inspection to find out that the technician did a few other minor things here and there as well. “Service above expectations”. My hat comes off to the technician as well as Liz. She even assisted me on hooking up my trailer. My profession since 1979 has been automotive service magament. Finally retired from my last position of over 28 years from a local shop that grew from 4 employees to 24. I understand what her job is all about. This visit met my expectations as someone on the other side of the counter for a change. |

Purchased RV here November 3, 2025. Full-time RVer. The first day I moved in I had a water leak! Dealer did not want to fix. There response was bring it back to dealership. Knowing that I was a full time RVer. I was 5 hours away. Spoke to Raymond in service (he's full of excuses) and explained issues of water leak. Assured me that RV was fully checked, which obviously was not. Because I had a water leak! Problem is that the water leak was slow and took 3 to 5 hours to show up where it was leaking from. Picture below of defective part that had water leak. Either way the leak was real and there! Had to use my purchased extended warranty which still cost me $350 to fix. $250 deductible plus service call. Issue was just fixed this past Tuesday, took 7 weeks to get fixed! The sales team was great to work team (including the financial team) but the service team (Raymond) is horrible to work with! How do we get good service after the sale? If a dealership can get that right then they will have returning customer's. I will never deal with this dealership again. I will gamble on a different dealership and try getting better all around service. Sales team is losing out due to bad service after the sale. So unfortunate! Similar issue at the Bluecompass dealership out of Seguin TX. That's why I took my business to this dealership. Guess I need to not use Bluecompass dealerships anymore. They are nationwide but doesn't mean much when they don't cover issues appropriately. Great sales team but horrible service team. After mr review and talking to Kyle. I was glad to hear that Blue Compass really cared about my issues. Kyle ensured that i would be taken care of and i was! They even went as far as to reimburse my money out of pocket! An amazing experience! Larry Carson in San Antonio was trust worthy, did above and beyond for me and was able to get me in an RV that I love! Larry was also so much fun and all my family loved him! If you’re looking for a place where your RV may be damaged, repairs are not completed correctly, your unit sits for months, and management avoids accountability, this is the place to take it. When I brought my RV in for the third time and raised concerns, the issues were straightforward. Several items the service department had previously confirmed as repaired were not actually fixed. In addition, my RV sustained damage while under their care, which was neither properly acknowledged nor resolved. On one occasion, even on her day off, the service manager, Brandie, came into the service area and immediately approached me visibly upset. The interaction escalated quickly, and she stated—verbatim—that I was “not meeting her expectations,” which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. As a customer, it’s not unreasonable to expect that confirmed repairs are completed and that any damage is handled transparently and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. My RV is still sitting in need of repairs, and I received it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. My dashboard was damaged, and the exterior paint was scratched—twice on separate occasions. I also reached out to the general manager, John Trigo, multiple times and never received a response. |

Larry Carson was the first person to greet us when we walked in. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, and he immediately took us to the RV we had in mind. He went the extra step by showing us how the RV looks with the pop-out extended and retracted so we could truly see and understand the space it offers. He had answers to all of our questions and provided helpful informational pamphlets for upgrades and add-ons. On top of that, he was incredibly personable, which made the entire experience easygoing and stress-free.
