If you are looking for salon furniture LOOK NO FURTHER. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Their communication and customer service is incredible. They were helpful through every step of the design process! No emails or questions went unanswered. They even worked with our contractor and architect to make sure all our measurements would fit perfectly in our space. The furniture itself is outstanding. We love the storage that the styling stations have for all our scissors, brushes, combs, clips and the electric is built into the bottom drawer where we keep our blow dryers and irons- it’s so nice and clean looking! No wonky cords all over the salon. The color is perfect, the design is perfect. We also got a reception desk as well. The storage is amazing I love how there are drawers and cabinets with shelves as well. We were even able to fit our printer in one of the cabinets! Love DSM Designs you will be SO thrilled with their work!!

Communication with this company has been extremely poor from the very beginning. I regret not reading other reviews before deciding to work with them. I initially submitted an inquiry through their website requesting a salesperson contact me regarding furniture I needed to order and received no response. I then called and left a voicemail, which also went unanswered. After three attempts, I finally received an email apologizing and explaining that the salesperson had been out for a period of time. When I was eventually able to speak with him by phone, I was not clearly informed about the ordering process. However, I was assured that my requested deadline could be met without issue, which is the only reason I proceeded. They did ultimately meet the deadline by shipping the order via express delivery at no additional cost, which is the sole reason this review is a three-star rather than a two-star rating, plus the furniture is of good quality. Unfortunately, the communication issues did not end there. Once the order was received, I was told how to contact them if anything was wrong or if additional assistance was needed. I have since sent multiple emails regarding items that need to be corrected and have not received a single response. Based on prior experience, it appears that responses take one to two weeks—if they come at all. Given the ongoing lack of communication, resolving issues has been unnecessarily difficult. I am looking forward to completing this order and ending my relationship with this company as soon as I receive a response. I will not be recommending this company to other salon owners and plan to work with a different vendor in the future.

We decided to invest into custom furniture for a new salon we were opening , I loved DSM designs they were inquire and I was thrilled to work with them but since getting our furniture it’s been a headache trying to get mistakes they’ve made resolved ! Simple as our power strips that are installed in our stations don’t even hold the power for a stronger amp blow dryer , our electrician couldn’t believe it. Since then it’s been a few emails they ignore idk if it’s bad communication but I would triple check everything before ordering .
