Absolutely horrible experience working with Rick (Richard) Thompson. The level of condescension he had speaking with me, his own client, was absolutely appalling. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone for ANY legal issue. I encourage you to look up other reviews out there on this guy before working with him. I should have.

I was residing in a diff state but needed to return for court a court date. Due to funds being tight I informed Robert Moody that I would not need representation for that specific date. When I showed up for court in the morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see him already there. Mr. Moody shown up just to ensure I had representation in case something had happened and wasn't able to make it....and he did not charge me. Thank you Robert, for going the extra mile and making sure everything was ok.

Called this morning with a very serious issue. The young man tgat answered the phonenthat was aware my time was limited this morning.. Let me speak and proceeds yo inform me tgey dont talk to anyone on phine irs all done thru website and ge apoligized for my situatiom but there is nothing he can do at their office or on phone. Told me to login to their website.have a nice day anx hung up. I feel I dodged a BULLET. They came highly recommendedbby one of tgeir customers sueing Taco Bell. I hate to tell gwr but with that level of no human connect . Ibfeel she will have no justice. The youbg man was cold and monotone. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM

First and foremost the case you have against me with Finansco is over the statue of limitations 60-501/ 60-511 7 yrs. The close to 2800.00 is not on my debt report but yet I'm being garnished and left with 1 to 2 hundred a week very hard as a sole supporter of a wife jobless and 2 children 1 of which is in a wheelchair to survive. Exactly 1 year ago my wife received a release of garnishie and also received around 600.00 from overpaying on this case while she was still employed. When I tried to talk to a female attorney in collections . I asked if you all could work with me on this issue she said you're office does not have the power to work with me. I then called the county court house and they said different. You're office is in direct legal malpractice from her saying that. Both misrepresentation and lack of communication.

Robert Moody is an absolute trash attorney. Don’t expect him to be early! He will either be late or just walking in the door. He was 30 minutes late on one occasion. When you meet with him at the court don’t expect his full attention or even close to it. He will immediately rush away from you to say “what’s up” to his buddies! Don’t expect him to return your calls after he has your retainer fee. I called once a week for 8 straight weeks, he finally called back the day before my court date. He will lie to you!!! And when you ask to see the paperwork he will give you the run around on why he doesnt have it. I am absolutely disgusted with his representation. If you want a counselor who will do what’s best for you, show up on time, good communication, who’s honest, and that will atleast try, DO NOT GO WITH ROBERT MOODY!!!!! I would have rather gave a public defender my 1500$ to represent me than to hire him. I promise you if you hire this attorney you will feel completely and utterly disgusted with him in the end. If there’s any action I can take against him I will undoubtedly be doing so. If not I will leave this review anywhere I possibly can find to do so in hopes of someone else not making this same mistake I did.

I give Martin Pringle 4 stars. They were able to handle my legal issue quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the process.

Three stars. While I appreciated the expertise of the attorneys at Martin Pringle, I found their communication to be lacking at times. Overall, though, I was happy with the outcome of my case.

I give Martin Pringle 2 stars. I found their services to be overpriced and not worth the expense. They did handle my case effectively, but I felt like I could have gotten the same result for a lower cost elsewhere.
