Them malfunction has been causing constant beeping for days, which was extremely stressful for our 7 lb dog who has anxiety and seizures. When I explained the situation when he was incredibly considerate and did everything, he could to minimize a noise and stress while replacing the sensors and the batteries. It was clear he genuinely cares about animals too—we ended up chatting about her pets, and he even made friends with our nervous little guy. His kindness, patience, an excellent service truly stood out. My husband and I really appreciate the extra care he took and highly recommend him.

We had Chris Slagle service all of our security systems yesterday, 12/26/25. He contacted us and provided his estimated arrival time and was very punctual. From the time my wife answered the door until he left he was polite, answered all of our questions, he was organized and considerate of where he would put his computer down when moving it. He realized we were interested in what he was doing and explained to us as he proceeded through the inspection/maintenance of the systems. At the end of the inspection and running all tests on the computer he showed all results on the computer to us. He is an asset to your company.
