Terrible software. Allows our agent to do no qualification of potential buyers. We have had to do showings with people who have rented for 45 years, or who have been looking for 5 years, or have not been prequalified. Our agent told us we were not allowed to turn down a showing using the software for any reason. Total garbage software.

Realtor's make appointments, don't show, don't cancel and there are no repercussions. If showing time showed us who was in our house, we could write a review and all that nonsense would stop. Out of 40 showings at least 10-15 were no shows. I still live here which means I spend hours cleaning tidying up, have to leave, and then no one even comes. Realtors don't care about that because it's pretty much anonymous.

I’m a realtor. I’m on month to month for listing services called showing time plus. I have asked to cancel this “month to month”. I was told if I cancelled the month to month that I would not be able to use the six credits that I payed $2,400 for, when I publish my listings. Thus, if I don’t keep paying monthly I won’t be permitted to use the six that I payed for in advance. How can a month to month subscription mandate that if I don’t pay it I can’t use the inventory I’ve already payed for. Showing Time operates like an organized criminal cartel and I’m going to file a class action suit against them.

I cannot get Showingtime to update my email address after switching companies. I spoke to two reps, first was on the phone. She confirmed that the MLS updated screenshot is fine and it should be changed that day. Nothing, Second was online, she said she didn't have a record of me sending the change. Resent, and no response. Not even acknowledgement. Unfortunately, I can't work and I am losing money and they don't respond to me. This nonsense has been going on for a week already.

Showingtime+ services were used by Redfin to sell our Colorado house. It was the best-executed part of the whole transaction. The people who came out and 3-D imaged and photographed our house were nice, competent, and did a great job. The resulting floor plans, virtual tours, and still photos looked great. These are real pros!
