He started our sessions asking if I had questions from our last session, constructive critiques of my last week posts, what we were going to learn this session, then he would get into the lesson, followed by notes emailed to me to use as a guide the upcoming week. His notes were color coded to help me "see" what he had talked about, very detailed. This allowed me to pay attention to what he was teaching and not worry about notes! Seriously, I'm a pro now!
