I have a merchant account through USA Payments for my small retail business and USA Payments use Cliq as their merchant bank. When looking at my bank statement I notice Cliq has been pulling out unnecessary fees that they're not supposed to pull out based on our contractual agreement. So when I call to get it resolved. They were rude and couldn't help me so they ended up hanging up on me. Now dont get me wrong, i was not the nicest person either and they did feel my frustration over the phone. I wouldn't recommend these Cliq whatsoever.
