Their Lightspeed EVO platform is a great WHEN it’s setup correctly. The reason for my 1 star review is the customer support after you have spend money on these products. Little to no help and seems like issues go into a black hole never to be resolved. With all the money we pay them, you’d think we could could get better customer support. Also, Gene Spillane is absolutely the worst to deal with. A word of advise, don’t give your paying customers attitude when they ask for resolutions and help regarding the product you represent. |
