The service personnel is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the generator. I was just having a routine annual maintenance with no repairs needed. That is not my issue. Cost of service for $435 is my issue even though I am on an annual plan.

I have invested in the peace of mind with Lighting Service to maintain my stay at home generator. This is my second year renewing the service, I was hesitant at first but knowing I'm not mechanically talented in keeping up with the maintenance after a bunch of error messages and no starts prior to calling them has made me feel better in the threat of bad weather. When I did have a no start they notified me of the issue from the message and it was resolved.

Very shady. Fraudsters! About 18 months ago, we had this company gives us an estimate to replace radiator for our generator. We had 3 estimates and had radiator replaced by another company. The house is currently for sale, potential buyer had this company chk generator and they were told that it needs a new radiator! It has a brand new generator and it’s working as expected!! THIS COMPANY IS EITHER INCOMPETENT OR Dishonest. I will never do business with them.
