Not very competent or efficient service on the account side of things. Going on two weeks to set up an account is ridiculous. Left multiple voicemails with no response. Only person to ever call me back was Doug. If it wasn't for him I would have given up on using this company at all. Joyce must really not want any new accounts because she makes it so difficult to set up one. And she is almost impossible to get ahold of. Forget about her returning a voicemail because that does not happen. Sales associates at the counter are very helpful and pleasant. They are the only reason I am not leaving a one star review.
