Spark Logix is more than capable of handling our website requests. I've been the main contact between my company and Spark for more than two years now, and we work together about once a month. They designed our site a few years back, and now we contact them whenever we have routine issues or need a new page created. We are a small business with very little web design expertise, so our requests are frequent and usually different. There have been times when we've had unsolvable problems, but they were genuinely tricky issues and Spark tried their best to fix them. And, when they know something isn't in their wheelhouse, they let us know. It rarely happens, but Spark is honest about it when it comes up. Overall, I'm happy with Spark and would recommend them.

I recommend Spark Logix for a number of reasons. 1) Their website platform is easy to learn, and allows for moderately trained website managers to manage and modify a website that looks amazing and functions great. 2) The staff was really accommodating and friendly, especially when forced to deal with a lot of corporate "red-tape" (that unfortunately came with our project). 3) The price. You get a very easy to manage, functional and modern website for a fraction of the price you'd pay elsewhere. Any marketing manager (or anyone for that matter) who is in charge of/or in need of a website, I highly recommend talking to Spark Logix.

I've been very impressed working with the team from Spark Logix Studios. They have been extremely attentive and listened to all my wants and needs, keeping the project on task the entire way. The end result is a beautiful website which surpassed my expectations.

Spark Logix Studios was contracted to build a website for me. The beginning of it went great and they started with a beautiful website. Then came the affiliate portion of my website. They could not get it to work and did not consult with me as to what I needed out of the affiliate program prior to it being installed. They kept saying that it works and it does not. There is not even a place for an affiliate to be assigned a password which means that the affiliate can not sign in. Instead of them fixing this they kept ignoring me. Then I was told that for them to work on it any further that I would have to pay more. They then said that they did what they were supposed to. They said that they installed the affiliate program and configured it. Now to me configuring it means that it is a working program. This was supposed to be launched in Jan. It is now the end of May and they continue to ignore it. There is severe lack of communication with this company. At one point I even had to ask if I was still a client. I did not receive a response for a few days. They then removed me from Basecamp where all of the logs are. I am assuming so that I do not have evidence. They now have my website advertised on their front page making it look like they can handle complex situations and they clearly can not! I went to file a complaint with the BBB and it appears that they are doing the same thing to someone else as well right now. It shows that they could not locate the company. I asked the BBB what this meant and they said that they returned the letter return to sender
