horrible customer service got the run around for an hour, bounced around between weebly.com and square and neither of them helped me access my website. my login is fine my website just doesn't show up, there's no dashboard, no app, find another platform to create your website people. |

Weebly has become too big for its boots now. Money has started to take over, service has been placed in the box. They had a great platform, flexible and easy to use. However, if you need some assistance, forget to solve your issue in a smooth timely manner. The system is set up to redirect you from human involvement, and when you do manage to send a message, you will be promised a note suggesting a quick response. Doesn't happen! If you need a site great, but I would advise keeping any services away from them. They will raise prices after the first year and they will make things awkward for you to move when you scale. Separate your accounts and make simple links. |

Unfortunately, customer service has decreased significantly over the past year. It started changing even before I renewed my membership but I decided to stick with them in early March when my membership renewed because I didn't want to move my site over at the time. I've been a member with them for quite some time as I set up a hobby business. I had the highest paid membership. (actually I still have it because I'm stuck in it) In September, I contacted them about an issue I was having with photos not showing up on my site. A response took nearly a week, and was dismissed as me needing to clear my cookies, with no 'let me know if this works' 'please let me know if I can be of further assistance'. Just a dismissive response pointing the issue to me. It wasn't this because multiple devices saw the same issue. Since the new lower level of service did not match what I was paying for, I wanted a refund for the unused portion of my account. They refused. I'm changing providers and no longer recommending Weekly in my business coaching communities. Their service is horrible. It takes days or weeks for replies through email. I do not recommend going with Weebly when there are other more responsive companies out there. It sounds like this closely resonates with others' reviews as well. |

They have the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I purchased a new domain and professional website from them at the same time but they somehow linked the professional website to another unpublished draft site for an old domain that is no longer used and that has not been touched in 5 years. After 90 wasted minutes with with CS, they still could not fix it. I asked to speak to a supervisor 5+ times over the course of the last hour but was given the run around and never transferred.
