We purchased a new garage door from BroCo. The company itself is good. There was I guess a misunderstanding in the estimate that we agreed to. Our final cost was $660 more than estimated but it came about by installing a new garage door opener which we didn’t order but was installed. The installer said they had order to install the opener with no mention of the estimate which did not include an opener. I guess I should have stopped them at that point but I guess I was confused. One installer figured bill at same as the estimate, but other installer had it at +$660. I assume for the opener. After 20 minutes of phone calls they confirmed the higher price and we paid the bill. They did a great job, we love the door and opener and would recommend BroCo to anyone, just make sure you get a firm estimate and know what it includes and what final cost is. I blame myself not BroCo. I did ask to keep the old opener which was only two years old which I plan to use on another door.
