Not sure how this company has even a 1 star rating. I'm reporting them to the BBB for canceling my auto payment and then reporting me to the credit bureau the following day and charge me for late payment. I did nothing wrong. Shame on you!!! |

I would give zero stars if I could. I had fraudulent charges made on my account two months ago that they are refusing to take care of. I keep being told they are valid charges, even though they were made in person in out of state stores while my card was at home in my wallet thousands of miles away from these purchases. I have spoke to six different people, every single one ends the conversation with not being able to resolve the issue and asking me to call another 1-800 number. I have emailed them through the app numerous times, and keep being told to call the same number that will not resolve the issue. In the meantime my credit score is being affected by this and I am getting late fees. I have never experienced such terrible customer service with any other company, DO NOT open a credit card with them. |

As a loyal Barclays customer for over 5 years, I had a strong relationship with them, particularly through their JetBlue credit card. I had achieved Mosaic status and consistently made on-time payments. However, an unintentional payment caused my account to go 30 days overdue, despite my prompt action to rectify the situation. Barclays reported the late payment to the credit bureau, negatively impacting my perfect credit score. Despite my long history with the bank and perfect payment record, my request for a goodwill adjustment was denied. The outcome was losing a long-term customer over a $40 error. There are other companies that VALUE customer’s relationships and loyalty. I DO NOT recommend this place. |

I’ve been trying to open an account here for the past two months, was made to fill out the application twice because despite sending me a confirmation email the first time they could not find my application. My second application has been outstanding for over 3 weeks despite providing all the required paperwork. The customer service team has been unable to get on contact with the accounts team to check on status and keeps asking me to follow back up later. This bank doesn’t seem interested in taking their customers’ money. |

I been a member at Barclay's Wynn credit cardmember since 2021. Never was in the negative. Great credit report all praise to God. They closed my account and I am a very upset because it can effect my credit score. I apply for a American airline card through there bank and they reject me with a 786 credit score. My friends tell me It's racial. Just don't understand there reason behind it. |

I have been a member with Barclays since 2012, they just recently closed my credit account after a notice of delinquency. I spoke to a supervisor over the phone and I explained to him that this was a mistake as I have made all my payments on time for the past 6 years. He assured me that this mistake would be fixed and that my account would remain active. They ended up closing my account anyways. Do not bank with Barclays. They are extremely unprofessional and the perks are basically nonexistent. Now I have to fix their mess and dispute this closing off of my credit report. |
Awful credit card service. 1. Telephonic wait times for customer service. 2. Locking of card for international transactions. 3. Deminution of credit for one missed payment. 4. This company does not seem to care about their poor service record. And the worst part: This 2 star review is an improvement in their overall score!
