We recently had their team redesign our old mixed message logo into a classic, clean, and spot on image. They clearly listened to our expectations and provided many options that fit our needs.

Pretty scummy sales tactics. Left a bad review for a customer and plugged their company to "fix" the "issues" they found. Claiming the customer's website is "worst website ever", when referring to their online ordering that is ran by one of the largest web ordering ordering companies in the US. Yes your random company will definitely be able to build a better web ordering platform that space that will connect directly to the POS for a reasonable price. You claimed you weren't able to place an order, not sure how someone would want to trust a company to redesign their website when they can't figure out what thousands of other users figure out every single day.
