I worked here for a little bit earlier this year. The people here are great, but they need to provide more benefits for their employees. They should also always have a higher up there. There was never one there only human resources and shift managers. It's like all the managers helpel each other out to run the place. The people are friendly and than they have some hires that shouldn't be there. They don't pay by deposit, you can only get checks here. They should find a way to offer direct deposit. If you don't submit your check by a certain time, than you won't get paid until the next pay day. I don't think they have janitor staff, because the bathrooms are always dirty. They don't have tissue in the bathroom, most of the time. There was never soap in there to wash hands, and it was very rare they had soap.

Always heard bad things about this place, all true!! I cashed my son's check at my bank and it bounced charging returned check fee,and also amount of check from my account. I called the nonexistent number on their check for days ,until I used my time to go to their office and they paid me in cash. Desperate for employment I applied they hired me without interview, drug screen, nothing. Listen to 2 calls and I was on the phones. Client they do business with is a great company. I can't believe they do business with them. No privacy what so ever for client's information. I was hired as a bilingual representative. For $1 extra which I didn't get paid for. Other places that hire bilingual people actually test you to make sure you do speak Spanish. Girl next to wasn't bilingual, would just be making up words while speaking to the Spanish speaking customers, and would just use English words whenever she didn't know a word in Spanish. I had to do my own scripts, research the client online to know who and what they were. No rules, no structure, place runs out of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap girl had to bring some in. they don't care if people are on their phones,bring cats or their children in,if they're late,loud, dirty. No feedback on your job performance . They just let you do your job then you come in and if they don't like you they just move you to a different position without warning. Of course I got my check, didn't get what they had promised, had to sign a paper stating that. My bank's recommendation was to go to their bank and cash check there so I don't run into same problems again with my check. They charged me $8. Waiting on my next check we'll see.

My wife and I both work there! We love our jobs! The Management and Supervisors are a great bunch of pros! We like the hours and the perks! It's a clean. Comfortable and well maintained office.
