Bought some items off amazon. They were so poorly packaged that they arrived damaged. I was promised a replacement which I waited over a week for and it never turned up. I was then offered a full refund. However, I only recieved a partial refund. I complained to the compant so they then offered me a replacement as a gesture of goodwill! I am still waiting for this replacement nearly a month later. Avoid this company at all costs, not worth the stress and hassle to be left out of pocket and with damaged unusable items.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Poor quality goods and a deliberate policy to obfuscate all return requests. Customer service is not just poor, it’s non-existent. Emails are poorly written, unhelpful, no signatory, do not include previous email conversations, and simply send you round in circles. If you call their UK phone number it transfers automatically to the US company who can’t deal with your query. Google offers a mobile number as their contact but this just has an automatic voice-mail message without any identification. This company is an absolute nightmare!!!

Avoid this seller like the plague, it's a scammer selling faulty goods and refusing returns. Ordered an item off their Amazon marketplace store that was faulty but seller is refusing to return/refund item. They've cleverly got round Amazon's rules by providing a shipping label for a small cardboard box, despite this being a huge double kitchen unit. A courier even turned up but refused to take it as they had only been paid for a small box. These people know how to play the game. Amazon won't help as the seller has supposedly provided return postage so I'm completely stuck and out of pocket. I have my credit card company investigating now.

Items ordered were not at all as the items recieved after a ridiculously long wait of weeks., dreadful tat in my opinion, first and last time using a company that is not well known and trusted.

Absolute scammers!! Unaware of any uk laws. The most horrendous customer service . Managed to send me the wrong item and cant even pay for a return.

I only gave one star as I wasn't able to give a zero! This company is useless for customer service. I ordered an item it turned up not only damaged but also the incorrect item. They won't post me a return label as I can't get to a shop to print the label and they won't refund my money. Totally disgusting customer service. Find another company to buy your stuff
