1/29/26- Spoke with Anita Anger; Always a pleasure calling Lightspeed, they are efficient and have excellent customer service! The help I received from Caden Harvey was excellent. He identified the issue right away and fixed it for me. I was working at a different office and needed my ext to be mirrored onto a different phone. He was able to do that in a timely manner and changed it back before the end of the night, so I didn't need to call back on Monday to reverse it. I am very pleased with the service!!!!
