This month‘s bill is almost too damn payments I called last month and asked them if I was behind they said no well I just got my bill and it’s $188 usually my bill is only about 70 some dollars this is a total rip off

Focus is great! The speeds are so much better than I get in Raleigh with Google Fiber 1G. I had spectrum on Oak Island before and my cameras and Ecobees were always going offline, and TVs would crash or buffer all the time. Since I got Focus, they have never gone offline and no issues with buffering. I have had Focus for about 3 months. The technician who installed Focus was a pro. I have nothing but good things to say about Focus.

Last year we bought our house that was 6 months old and it already had Focus Security, so we decided to reactivate it. We didn't want to add new holes to our new home. 2 weeks after installing it we didn't like it at all! The cameras are glitchy because shadows set it off or insects. This was a year and half ago, and now the mail panel went out. I called Focus and they wanted a service fee to repair it, and I'm not paying anymore money for this terrible system. I asked how much to get out of the contract thinking that they would pro rate it due to being a year and a half into the contract. They said it would cost $250.00 and also pay for the unused months before they would cancel the contract. I will never use Focus Security and when there is another internet provider available I will change that too!

I am very displeased with Focus… I had them for a month… I was supposed to have 1gb for WiFi but it was false advertisement. I work from home and had to use my hotspot. I had a Tech come back out to help us with how slow the internet was.. I couldn’t even watch a movie or even play a game on ps5. He told us that we would have to buy a router but can’t promise that would work and that there was nothing else he could do.. I had to go back to ATT. When I asked for partial reimbursement for this issue they refused to give it to me. Smh never again! I am going to tell my parents to get rid of them and get att which I’m very pleased haven’t had an issue since.

This is the most responsive company! They always answer the phone, offer to send out a technician, and we have never waited more than a few hours for Service. Even Saturdays and Sundays are service days and don’t require a fee for after hours calls The technicians are respectful and knowledgeable.
