The wait at this branch is horrible. I called before I arrived and 6 times while sitting in the branch and no one answered. Someone was supposed to call me today but never did. The branch manager told me yesterday that I would receive a call back, ???? I’m thinking about not opening an account because they are so slow. People have been waiting for 30 minutes or longer. Only two people have been seen since I arrived and three people are still waiting. What is the problem at this branch. I looked at the ratings and see why it’s so bad., SMH.
