I remember standing post at this bank when I was still a rookie, felt naked in front of many as I was the only one dressed all in black BDUs looking like S.W.A.T. and on bus. Luckily Bank Captain John Simo showed up to instill courage within me, now that's a true Bank Captain! Not no pathetic Bank-Supervisor with the worst gout of his life. First of all if you can't stand on your feet and you can't be there during emergencies where even the BofA associates have to go outside to defend you then I have no idea why the "gout guy" became our supervisor in the first place. I remember covering every Friday for the past two years at 92nd st and Shea BLVD here in Scottsdale,AZ and someone thought it was a good idea to promote this "guy" is beyond me. This job requires courage and little to no stooping. My Bank Captain here in Las Vegas ,NV has courage and wouldn't just say "Come on man! I have gout!" he would say "This better be important" and if he were to find out that I was being treated unfairly then he would speak up on my behave. "A true leader eats last" and having to provide for my wife and brother was no easy task. Living on Vegas Valley near Boulder Highway (the jungle) and having been in a freak accident on my first day as a Armed-BPO meant humpbacking on bus for 7 months all over Nevada. The associates here are friendly and almost felt like they were going to offer me a ride home after work but it's not necessary as God granted me with "tree trunk legs". If the associates needed me to take down a license plate for them then I would do so. I would send the information over to Vice President (PSM) Jeff Minter who would submit the information over to the FBI. "Send it!".

So I was having a really bad day. Tellers were no help sorry to say. But I spoke to Nancy! Saved my life! Thank you. Less then 10 minutes.

A couple of weeks ago I took my 16 year old son to open an account since he just had gotten hired for his first job. Ms. Beautiful Lamarr came right up to us to assist us. She is so friendly n personable, yet very professional n knowledgeable. We actually had a fun time with her opening a bank account lol. There is also a huge selection of debit cards you can choose from .I wasn't told about it or shown when I opened my account at a different branch, n neither was my daughter when I took her to open her account at a completely different location. My son was happy to be able to choose his very own card. He chose it based on it being solid gold in color, even tho he had no connection to what the cared actually represented. I believe it was a college fraternity. He was happy n that's all that mattered. Since he is a minor, I'm technically the head of the account until he turns 18. So when she was typing the information in n seeing up the account, she informed me of some things I was eligible to receive. Unfortunately I did not have the time to sit n talk with her at that moment. I told her I would be in in a few weeks, I was getting ready to have major surgery n had a lot to take care of beforehand, n that I would deal only with her. Such a warm n outgoing cheerful knowledgeable professional lady. Never have had such a pleasant time opening a bank account before lol. Thank you again Ms. Lamarr💜
