The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas was a fantastic experience! The food was surprisingly affordable and tasted just as good as a 4-star restaurant on the Vegas Strip. Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the students are trained to high standards.
