We had a very clean, pleasant room which was on the 8th floor; our interactions with the staff ( housekeeping [ who was very responsive ], valet [ Charles, who was quite engaging ] and front desk ) were all extremely nice and willing to answer any questions that we posed to them. Our stay was enjoyable and we’ll certainly stay here again in the future.

It's an older casino but still has really nice rooms and solid restaurant options on site. Prices are comparable to other casinos and is great if you prefer off strip locations. Being next to the 215 yiu can get around pretty easily.

I DID NOT STAY THERE. Their machines are tight. Super tight. The 10-20 times I have been there, I have never won or have seen anyone win. Guess that's just the vegas way these days!!! Yet they wonder why people stopped going. Humm!!!!!

Hidden fees. The customer service is quite good I was very satisfied. The gym is great bigger than most hotel gyms. The spa is pricey but seemed fairly ish priced. Rooms are nice a little sloppy, it’s the sort of thing looks good at first glance but after looking closer it’s a little bit more disappointing but they are sufficient. Now the part that’s annoying, hidden fees. They slap on a few fees that some make sense but for example the resort fee why charge me for a pool that’s empty? And wifi that sucks? And for other amenities that most hotels offer for free.

Very nice hotel / casino in Vegas. Significantly off the strip so not as crowded but has a large casino area. Staff was very nice and rooms we're clean though a little small. Also some good restaurants. You can find plenty of options. We particularly liked the Salted Lime. If you don't need the crowded Strip, this is a nice alternative.

Went to the annual holiday theme for 2025, the reason for 3 stars. My first part of this review is to say the food was great and I appreciate what Boyds provided for us. Lee did a great job which he always does can't say enough about his genuine appreciation of the patrons. The valet associates are tremendous along with the floor associates; 'always pleasant and say hi to us usually by our first names' My constructive criticism on the lack of communication from the hosts while at the holiday gathering is that one Casino host in particular is a tad arrogant (Stacy) and found that many hosts didn't come around to various patrons to communicate with along with the GM; not real outgoing with 'everyone' .... they seemed to key in on 'certain' groups and or individuals through out the evening even though they had plenty of time to mingle with all. Let's hope this gets better.

We had a holiday party on 6 Dec in the Access Showroom venue, and the staff at Aliante Hotel went above and beyond to take care of us. From event planning and coordinating, thank you Sheila and her team. The room blocks for our attendees, thank you Earl and his team. We stayed in one of the suites and it was spacious and beautiful with a nice view of the mountains. This was the first time we had an event at Aliante and they exceeded our expectations. I can’t thank you guys enough.

We usually come to the Aliante when in Vegas, as prefer to be off-strip, and this hotel is affordable, clean and the pool set up is lovely. We stayed 2 nights this time, and enjoyed our stay although not as much as previous visits. The Pro's: - It's still relatively affordable, given the current situation of higher prices in the post-covid era. - The hotel is quiet and well presented, and the rooms are large and comfortable. - The pool area is usually a big positive for us, with the cabana option being preferable. The fruit platter and refreshments it came with were great to. - It's easy to get to off the main beltway/freeway, and parking is easy and plentiful. - The server in the Salted Lime was excellent and the best staff member we encountered during our stay. The Con's: - The lack of a buffet is disappointing, but not unusual now for the majority of Vegas hotels, and this reduces the food options on site (although something was being installed for future , so maybe this will help). - The pool area now doesn't open until later in the day, which again was disappointing for early risers like ourselves, who have in the past been able to go for a swim at 8am or 9am when it was quiet, but i don't think it opened until 11am this time around. Also, the poolside service as part of the cabana rental wasn't as attentive, with us ending up going along to the bar ourselves rather than the server popping along to see if we needed anything else. - The reception/front desk/bar staff were not as welcoming/friendly/engaged in most of my interactions with them as in the past, but again, we noticed this to be a feature throughout multiple stays in multiple hotels on this trip (our first since pre-covid) so maybe that's a general shift in the attitudes/level of customer service staff in general. Overall, a decent stay, and I would come back again, but would factor in the points above next time when deciding if this is now our 'go-to' option.
