The lady with the red/pink hair in the parking services was very sarcastic, unwelcoming and rude. She had me wait on the phone in the waiting area with collections for over a hour for something she ended up doing in 3 mins after she seen i wasn't leaving.If working with the public is not something you want to do, then this may not be the right position. Please work on your customer service skills and be more helpful to the people you’re assisting it what your paid to do.

I went today to drop off an envelope to get an expedited Apostille for my birth certificate. I was not able to do so because I was born in Ca. I thought any Secretary of State could issue an Apostille. Certainly a learning experience. The young man at the Information desk was very helpful and explained I had to go to the Ca. Secretary of State (the state I was born in) he was very nice & in no way made me feel I was dumb for assuming I could do this in Nevada. The 5 stars are for him, I forgot to ask for his name though. Thank you to him. The only down side of this experience was that getting in and out of the parking area is a bit confusing. I'm pretty sure I went the wrong way a couple of times.

I have included glimpse of some extraordinary small businesses and ethnic highlights that adjoin NLV City Hall, along McBride and Las Vegas Boulevard. I will have much more to say, especially about the North Las Vegas Library branch and the incredible complex of the University of Nevada Reno Extension across the street!
