Don’t stay here. There’s more options. It’s just run down and in need of an upgrade. Refrigerator made noise all night and the bathroom fan was noisy. There isn’t any cooking utensils, not even eating utensils in the kitchenette. There was dog poop everywhere in the pet area. Skip this place.

We came here for few days but then we have to extend our stay and the hotel give us good deal for extended time . Staff is very friendly and helpful, very clean rooms with self facilities. And when needed they provide us extra blankets and pillows also. We have good time here.

This hotel has a problem with its 3rd party booking and they refused to issue a refund. The issue is that when I booked the room there were 3 option a room with 1 queen bed an room with 2 queen beds and a "double room". the double room was $30 more than the 2 queen bed option and I thought I would be getting a larger room with 2 separate beds. Instead according to the front desk they have no idea what a "double room" is other than to say that its the same as the 2 queen beds but just charged me more. There also was an issue with the dresser that the TV was on was not level and the drawers would slide out into the walk way. I had to shove cardboard under the front to keep the drawers closed. The bathroom had pee stains around the base. Also make sure if you are choosing this for your extended stay because they have a small kitchenet that you bring your own pots and utensils as they do not provide anything other than a coffee maker in the room.

Billed as an “Economy Extended Stay” hotel it is still great for people traveling through the area. Bed is really comfortable. I had a single queen size bed. There is a kitchenette and a recliner to lounge away in. Room was spotless staff are great. It was a super quiet stay.

Very clean. Great staff. Lots of amenities in the room. My only critique is that breakfast is not included and they don't have an excellent breakfast for purchase either. It's a frozen breakfast sandwich and a side like a piece of fruit or a pop tart and a beverage. If an excellent breakfast is important to you, for instance if you're going to go to a sports competition, that would be the only shortcoming, as in my opinion it's not quite adequate for that purpose.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was skeptical at first given the area and the ratings online, but this was a very clean and well kept hotel. The rooms were very nice (VERY comfortable beds and soft towels) and had amenities like an ice maker and sink with dish soap to wash dishes, as well as a stove . The staff I interacted with were also very kind. I was doing a cross-country move passing through Kansas City and my car broke down. Jodie at the front desk was extremely kind and understanding and even allowed me an extension to stay in my room to ensure my car was okay to drive. She also answered all of my questions regarding surveillance and security for the hotel since my car was packed with things. Other than great customer service, this hotel is also very close to a lot of restaurants and provides shade for wherever you park your car in the lot.
