I had made a complaint against Fiverr online business. I had paid for a service which I completed, which was an error. I had explained that I was going through a personal family issue! The person whom done service for me whether good or bad did not get paid! I paid $116 on 12/18/24. She reached out to me last month on February stating that Fiverr closed her account; without any explanation. So if she did not get paid where is my $116 that I had paid out? Fiverr did not do any service for me where they only get a %. I received an email that her account is closed due to fraudulant. I do not know what is going on with Fiverr. If she committed fraudulant than the funds should come back to me. I had contacted my credit card company. I tried sending an email to Fiverr support to understand what was going on?? I had been with Fiverr for couple of years and never experience this. Also, why didn't Fiverr contacted me about fraudulant? What if I wanted the seller to do another job which she needs to fix?

Horrible experience, the person I hired through Fiverr or did not follow my brief and they actually made my problem worse. I will never go to this service platform again. Stay away I now have to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back for $250 of service I did not yet.
