There is no place to contact them when you are missing one item in your shipment. They forgot to put it in the box.

Your drivers need to slow down in neighborhoods! Also the last time I remember drivers weren't allowed to drive with the doors open! How do I know because I used to drive for Amazon. Next time a driver leaves the door open with the van running, I will jump in the van and drive it to either of the facilities to make my point! SEPT 23 2025! This place is new and there is ABQ5 right next to it. It is a big facility and they do have a driver's lounge. One important thing is if you have to take your 10 hr break, they allow you to park BT outside main gate in the driveway. Now I am only assuming this will only last until the disgusting truck drivers start littering.
